there is no such thing as “old Avril” or “new Avril” its just “Avril” people grow up GET THE f*** OVER IT doesn’t make them new or old!
f***ing annoys me when people are all like”yeah she is a sell out cuz she sang that girlfriend song and went blond” what the actual f***? Sorry are people not allowed to grow up? She was 17 when she started and now 26 i would be worried if she hadn’t changed!

Just listening to ‘Not Enough’ gets me really emotional everytime. The song is so personal and everytime I hear it i feel what she feels when she’s singing it. That’s what I love about Avril. I instatly connect to her even when she’s not saying in words, just through the tone of her voice.
Just listening to the song you know everything. What happened with Deryck. All about how she was feeling and how it all happened. I love how personal Goodbye Lullaby is.
