Black Star Tour VIP Tickets - Montreal Oct. 25th

So, I tried purchasing tickets for my g/f to see your show on October 25th, and then learned about the VIP Ticket Package. Is there any way to upgrade to this ticket package?
This is her very first concert ever. And of course that means her first Avril Concert.

Can Anyone help me here?
