Dear Avril, I was there the 21 September, the best day of my life. your started singing and everything where just forget about your delay . I will never forget the feeling you gaved me that night. Your voice touches me on a realy good way, even you had problems with your voice in the last song witch was just great cause then all of the audience helped you. That was awesome! No idea what the security issue was. We were first told in was car trouble and therefore never knew anything about it till after the concert - infact not till I read your twitter post.

Fact is though I have loved your music since the first album and with four albums all as good as each other you have become one of my four favorite artists of all time. And my number one female artist without a doubt.

So did I mind waiting an extra twenty minutes to see someone I love and have waited nine years to see. Not at all. Was I dissapointed at what I saw. Not at all, your performance was amazing. I was stunned by how good you were. There are a lot of great recording artists out there that sound awful live. You are a phenominal recording artist and you sound better on stage. I loved the performance and having seen it I doubt there will be anyone that will replace you as my favorite female artist ever.

Moreover you have an amazing smile and when you smiled over at well not me I guess, but the audience I nearly melted. Now that has nothing to do with the music but the fact is if your ever single and want a date look me up, I would love to find out more about the women that writes the music(A fan can dream I guess lol). Anyway chatting up aside, your performance was amazing.

And for your part I hope whatever the issue was it did not shake you up too much, think you were very brave to still perform and hope your voice healed fully.

I think many of the messages on twitter show how much warmth there is for you here in the uk.

The joy, hope and pleasure your work has given me over the years is more important to me than a problematic concert gig.

To those who criticise, they should remember that live music isn't about a DVD perfect plastic event - it's about an experience and connecting. The problems on the 21st were unfortunate but I don't think that many were upset by the wait.

I attended both the 21st and the 22nd and enjoyed the experience.

What you do does make a difference to people.
