***I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...***

The reason why I am a fan of Avril is because she writes music that is true to herself and any person can relate to it in some way or reason. Her music and lyrics speaks to me in a way that on other artist has ever done and that really means something.

Also, Avril isn't afriad to be herself and that is what she does all the time. From being a skater girl and tomboy to a crazy chick and sort of a girly-girl, she did it, despite that many people didn't like the fact she changed. She didn't change because the lable wanted her to or her fans presssured her into it, she did it because SHE wanted and it was HER choice.

Avril gives me strength when I'm at my weakest point and she makes me SMILE when I'm about to brake. She makes me have no care in the world and makes me try to live my life for once. She makes me feel touched by her words in her songs and makes me cry when I can relate to a terrible brake up or loosing someone very dear to me.

The reason why I am a fan of Avril Lavigne is because she is her.
