The reason why i'm a proud Avril Lavigne fan is because she is one of the rare artist's that actually write or co-write all their music, and to me thats talent! Why would you want to listen to music that the artist hasnt written and hasn't put any of their feelings and emotion in it. So, to me for Avril to write her own music, and now on 'Goodbye Lullaby' she has produced a couple of her songs, that shows pure amazingness and raw talent, which i think should be credited more often to be honest. Also, i love the fact how much Av cares about her fans, and wants her music to be perfect and stuff for us, even though she could never disappoint us:'). The reason why Avril is my inspiration is because she's always doing what she loves, either if it's making music, designing her clothing line Abbey Dawn, being an actress, doing charitable things such as The Avril Lavigne Foundation and trying to make a difference to the less unfortunate, being a business women with her fragrances, Black Star and Forbidden Rose. However, out of this long list, my favourite is when Avril is on stage singing live- what she does best, with the fantastic, beautiful and real voice she has. And on top of all these amazing achievements Avril has got, she's the most down to earth, funny, amazing person i could have as my idol. I've been a fan of Avril since i was 7/8 years old, and im now nearly 16. I can still remember the first time i saw 'Complicated' on MTV, and i was just so intruiged by who Avril was and mainly her different rock style, and since 2002 Avril has been the most important celebrity and singer in my life, which i am proud of and wouldnt change for the world, because if i hadn't of heard of Avril Lavigne, i would be a completely different person and not who i am now. My dream now is to meet Avril, which hopefully will come true some day, maybe as soon as Avril comes back to the UK. Love you Avril, and i will always support you 100%. Can't wait for 'Goodbye Lullaby', 2011 is your year Avril! xxxxx
