ComplicatedSk8erboi No. There is no forum tree or any way to navigate other than your browser. I tend to open topics in a new tab. When I'm done with it, I just close it and I am back at the index.

I think the general consensus is the default post order (newest first) is not the preferred one. I can change this. However, there is a problem that may have to be resolved first. On many pages, the default order is not being implemented properly. Posts are being ordered randomly. I'm seeking help with this. I'm afraid if I make the requested change without solving that problem first, I might make things worse.

Excuse me if I'm just blind, or if my browser is to blame. But I don't even see a way to jump back to the main forum after looking at a topic (besides using the Back browser button). Most forums tend to have a forum "tree" if you will at the top to show where you are and let you go back as far as you want.

And yeah without quotes things get rather confusing. As well as the newest posts being at the top instead of bottom.

Any input you can give on these issues Uncle Bob?

@RachelI'm not sure the software that powers this forum will support a search function, but I'll ask. It's easy enough to move a topic, but I can't find an easy way to merge them. I'll ask about that too. There are modules that support private messaging and post quotes. I haven't yet received permission to activate them. There are other changes that have been requested. Some of them will be given favorable consideration and some won't. Please be patient. This is all very new for us too.
