She did a UK tour last year! If there would be another one, then it would be at the end of the year since her album hasn't even been released yet.

I'm not sure. She did hint that she could be back this year and @Stereoboard on twitter, when they wish Avril a happy birthday, they said "see you next year". So i'm honestly not sure. We'll have to wait and see.
