I have been a fan of Avril since I heard "I'm with you" on the radio when I was in sixth grade. Ever since then she has been one of my favorite singers. Now I am a college student. She has failed to bore me through all of these years and is clearly talented. I admire the fact that she doesn't lipsync, and writes a lot of her songs. When she sings she sounds like she truly means the words coming out of her mouth. And she knows how to sing AND play music on guitar and piano. She is SO talented.There are so many artists these days that get away with less than the best vocals. She has never disappointed me in that field or anything she has done for that matter. Her music use to be what I listened to when I was stressed and just wanted to sing my heart out. Now she is what I listen to when I want to cheer up. So even though she has changed I love her just as much. I am an artist and I have listened to her music so much while creating my artwork. Her style is also worth mentioning. She was the one who really started (or brought back) the punk gothic look.I'd have never known about hottopic if it weren't for her. She is my fashion icon.
