Hello from Northern Ontario!

Hey there, just wanted to say hi. I'm probably not your typical fan, 40 year old writer guy, but always wanting to give my support to a fellow Canadian artist.

Saw Avril tonight on Etalk, she started talking about wanting to be an actress and how she'd be willing to dye her hair black for a film, I had goosebumps. During the past 4 years, I wrote a fantasy trilogy, just released the last novel in June. if ever I get the chance to sell the rights, she's the main character, all the way. Surprisingly, her name is Alentia and when she falls into darkness, her hair will turn black. Still can't believe I heard Avril say that, again, goosebumps and the cooolest thing that has happened to me in a long time, deja vu kinda wierd and sent me here.

Anyways, enough about my dreams of grandure. I want to say hi, and have you tell me about the site and what's happening here, always glad to discuss a wide range of interesting topics. Again, I know I'm far from the typical fan, but I do love Avril's music and have followed her rise to fame, and I must say, it has been by far, a very impressive 10 years.
