I’m happy to lend my support to the ‘Hope, Love and Rock & Roll’ t-shirt program with Live Nation. The Avril Lavigne Foundation supports children with serious illnesses and disabilities, so I wanted to do my part by encouraging my fans to support the research, treatment and education that takes place at City of Hope to help patients and families fight cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
