Abbey Dawn Order Problems :(

I'm getting so stressed out :L
I've been trying to order stuff on www.abbeydawn.com for agggggggggges now.
Its over $100 so that I can get free shipping.
But something keeps coming up just near the end
'Length cannot be more than zero. Parameter Name:Length'
I'm sorry, WHAT THE HELL (hehe) does that mean?
Seriously?
I've emailed Abbey Dawn and I really hope they reply with a solution before the offer is over..or I'll be soo upset
