I'm a fan (and you should be too) because... I am a fan of Avril Lavigne because her music helped me finding me, and who I am. Growing up can be tough sometimes, you feel like your alone when you're really not. Anyway, I've a fan since I was nine, that's 8 years now, (soon 9) lol. Her music has been a guide, a friend, a comforter, an advice, an inspiration and lots of other things. I am a very shy person without a lot of selfconfidence, but her music has helped me overcome that a lot. I found myself, and I'm comfortable under my skin, I am who I am, and I don't care what other people may think of me, (in a good way). Her music also gave me the courage to take a chance, and so I got my first kiss I hope she's been an amazing inspiration for all of you out there too
