@Gavscsa v2 It was probably me that banned you. I don't remember why. As far as I know, I'm the only admin that pays any attention to this forum on the weekends. I would not have done it because of your avatar unless it was offensive. If it was me that banned you, it was most likely because of something you said. The rules are here, and you agreed to obey them when you joined.

@Gavscsa As its on a Friday, I'm staying over in a hotel so we don't get back so late I wanted to go to her London date too, but its on a Wednesday and I have placement on Thursday which I can't really miss. I would if I could. Maybe if she was at Sheffield or Nottingham I would. But at least I'm seeing her

@Rachel I'm curious. When you say "I have a placement", what do you mean? In the UK, does that mean the same as "appointment"?

My understanding of a placement is usually something work or education related, as in someone would be working somewhere for a few days to gain experience.

I'd love some help too while I'm here, since this forum seems to be missing some things I take for granted. My original account just above there appears to be blocked. As far as I can make out, it's because I had a caricature of Drew Brees as my pic. No rules or advice anywhere so how is that fair?

@UncleBob Nope lol, I go to college to do a childcare course and we have to do 2 days at a school/nursery and for some reason its called a 'placement'

i'm going have to go on my own though because no one else would go with me ah well will be worth it!

@RachelAbbeyDawn: It'll take me about 2.5 hours by train. Then I have to stay overnight in a hotel. I missed her last tour so I was prepared to spend a lot more than I have to go anywhere in the country this time. But like you say, totally worth it.
